Oh it's been a while since my last journal. sorry for being so inactive lately. I don't have time (or if I do I can't force myself) to create something bigger. something complete. something worth showing.
most of the time I just upload photos of sketches on my IG account, but they're unfinished so I couldn't upload them here (all this scanning and changing files in PS....uhhhh).
I read books and watch movies instead of drawing :C

Also I had to quit eating chocolate (big thing for me, I used to eat chocolate cookies every single day) and using sugar in my drinks, and I think it may get harder soon! I was ok until now when I got quite dizzy at work. Maybe quitting everything at once wasn't such a good idea and now my body isn't happy? (but it was easier for me to stop doing it completely then to eat less so I may have to work on it now :c ) well anyway I'm trying to be healthier so my skin won't look like I'm a teenager. Apparently there is a hope for me and it's possible. Not getting too excited yet tho.
So girls, do you know any good stuff (can be home made!) for very sensitive skin? I'm trying to be careful with products containing glycerine. Bioderma stuff is great so far, but it's a long way to go still D:
DO you use any relaxation techniques, have good, checked guided meditations you could share with me? : )
